By identifying the competencies needed by employers and those lacked by students, Bees Academy with its strong professional and academic league of trainers and HR tycoons will help bridge the gap in between and mix and match the best fit.

Malaysia is one of the countries that has job vacancies surplus of around 30%
over the annual graduating population yet the job placement among fresh graduates can be delayed more than 6 months in more than 35% of the graduates!

Fact 2
93% of Malaysia employers complain about the graduates don’t have the required language level, character and competence required to perform in the chosen career. Each employer requires an investment of RM 10,000 and a lead time of 4 months to start seeing the
results of the new recruit.
Fact 3
70% of Malaysia graduates start their lives with a minimum of RM 30,000 debt owing to different financial institutions and government agencies. The starting salary for most graduates is less than RM
2,000 / month. Making it very difficult to have a reasonably good life and payback the loans / debt.
For Students
Unlike all usual job fairs and career seminars, Bees Academy is settling the deep-root cause by
filling the competence gap missed by the students so they can do better on the long term
Fresh graduates will be placed faster, more efficient and on more stable terms with at least
